Ingredients:

• 5 Tbsp.
• 4 egg whites
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of sifted flour
• a pinch of salt
• 3 Tbsp. of Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1/2 tsp of almond extract
• 1 drop of red food coloring

I doubt this is a traditional fortune cookie recipe but I tried it out yesterday and the came out just fine and tasted great. They’re not very easy to shape though, so practice makes perfect, I suppose.
